At Montirex, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your new sportswear doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Montirex tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
